(But the Musescore staff just tries to offer a 25% refund/6 months of pro access first) I tried to receive my full refund, but now the Musescore staff told me it was too late, because it isn't possible to refund a Paypal transaction after 180 days have passed. One year later I found out, after reading other (negative) Trustpilot reviews, I indeed had the right to receive a full refund, because I requested my refund within the first 14 days. ![]() I was confused why they didn't offer me a full refund (100%), but I thought I had made a mistake reading their Terms of Service. They only offered me 6-months additional access to Pro or a 25% refund. I tried to request a refund the first day after I started subscription. They make it as hard as possible to receive a refund
